Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be in its original condition.

• Include all original packaging and accessories.

• Show no signs of misuse or damage caused by the customer.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.

Defective Products

If the product has a manufacturing defect, SANVNET TECH will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund, depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for products damaged due to misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling by the customer.
