Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–12 business days

  • Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days

  • International Orders: 7–20 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the customer's location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, SANVNET TECH cannot guarantee successful delivery or reimbursement.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the claim and provide an appropriate solution.
